Our traditional Bolo di Prùimu is made with no shortcuts, using only the finest ingredients.
Prunes soaked in rum, brandy, and cherry liqueur create a rich, unforgettable flavor. This moist, soft cake is topped with cherries and walnuts, offering a perfect balance of taste and texture.
As tradition dictates, we set the top layer aflame to create te perfect infusion.
