Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Below you’ll find all the key information about our shipping process to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Shipping Method and Processing Time
All orders are shipped via PostNL.

Standard delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1-2 business days.

We aim to dispatch your order at least two business days before your selected delivery date to ensure it arrives on time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 14:00 (2 PM).

Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day and may take up to 5 business days to arrive, especially for custom cakes or orders placed close to the requested delivery date.
Urgent and Last-Minute Orders

We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and production time.
Selecting Your Delivery Date
When placing your order, please enter your preferred delivery date. We will ship your cake at least two business days before this date.
Please note the following:

PostNL does not deliver on Sundays. If you need delivery on a Sunday, we recommend selecting Saturday as your delivery date. In such cases, we will aim to ship on Thursday to account for possible delays.

If your requested delivery date falls near a public holiday, or a holiday falls between your order and delivery date, your cake may be shipped after the holiday to maintain freshness and avoid transit delays.

Late Delivery Disclaimer
While we do our best to ship on time and plan for timely arrival, once an order is in transit, we cannot control potential delays by PostNL.
As such, we are unable to issue refunds for cakes that arrive late due to delays caused by the carrier.

Damage Disclaimer
At Crumblsz, we take great care in packaging your cakes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once an order is handed over to a third-party delivery service (such as PostNL), we cannot guarantee that the product will remain undamaged during transit.
In the event of damage during delivery, please note that Crumblsz is not liable for any damage caused by the carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed. Any potential refund or reimbursement will only be processed once the third-party carrier has refunded the order. Reimbursement will be at Crumblsz's discretion based on the outcome of the carrier's claim process.
