How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Cakes must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The cake must be in the same condition as when delivered or collected.

It must remain unopened and sealed in its original packaging.

Consumed, altered, or opened cakes cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Minor Shipping Damage
Please note that minor damage may occur during transit, especially with smaller items such as heart-shaped cakes or brownie cakes. While we package all orders with care, slight imperfections do not qualify for a full return or refund. If the damage significantly affects the product, please reach out to us.

Order Cancellations
We require a minimum of 3 business days notice for cancellations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package our cakes securely, but transit conditions can vary. If your cake arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

Minor cosmetic damage (such as slight smudging or edge movement) is not considered grounds for a full refund.

We are not liable for any damage caused during shipping. This is the responsibility of PostNL.

We are not responsible for lost parcels. Any resolution in such cases will be at our discretion.
Damage Disclaimer
At Crumblsz, we take great care in packaging your cakes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once an order is handed over to a third-party delivery service (such as PostNL), we cannot guarantee that the product will remain undamaged during transit.
In the event of damage during delivery, please note that Crumblsz is not liable for any damage caused by the carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed. Any potential refund or reimbursement will only be processed once the third-party carrier has refunded the order. Reimbursement will be at Crumblsz's discretion based on the outcome of the carrier's claim process.
